Registration fees
Participants: 280,- EUR
Ph.D. students: 180,- EUR
Accompanying person: 180,- EUR

The following services are included in the registration fee:

  • participation in the conference programs,
  • use of conference rooms and facilities at the venue,
  • free wifi internet access,
  • coffee, tea, and soft drinks during breaks of conference,
  • Abstract book on usb flashdrive (Hardcopies will be available upon request),
  • ceremonial congress dinner,
  • free use of indoor and outdoor wellness facilities (exept saunas) from 1-12 pm,
  • field trips and excursions.

Method of payment

By bank transfer only. All banking fees should be covered by the registrants. Upon request, proforma invoices will be sent to registrants. For more information:

Registration payment deadline: 31 of January 2018!

Cancellation policy of the registration

Cancellations must be sent to the Conference Secretariat in writing by the dates specified:

  • Cancellation received between 31st January and 11th March, 2017: 50 % refund
  • Cancellation on 11th March, 2017 and later: no refund

Refunds will be made after the Conference by bank transfer. All bank charges are to be paid by the receiver.
